Are my Antique Cobalt Blue Glass Candle Sticks, depression glass?

Pair of Cobalt Blue Glass Candle Sticks
I was going through some glassware from my mother that had been in my attic for years.
I was trying to identify most of the depression glass before asking if my children would want some pieces.
Except for a few pieces, which include these cobalt blue glass candle holders, I've pretty much identified most of the depression glass thanks to websites like this.
These candle holders are really beautiful, such a dark blue, except when I photograph them, and they appear deep violet or purple.
On the bottom is marked "FRANCE", then "RE" space and then it looks like "NS" the N looks backwards.
They also have a number 10 on one and a number 14 on the other.
I would really like to identify the maker and possibly the period for these cobalt blue glass candle sticks and whether they are antique depression glass. Possibly the maker.
Any help would surely be appreciated.
Thank You.. Pauline

Did you ever find out what they were?
Possibly Reims glass by: Bernie M
They may be REIMS - I have seen similar depression and cobalt blue glass candleholders and the same in clear glass on ebay.
