I'm looking for some advice on some dining room chairs that were gifted to us when we brought the house. They lady that owned the house previously was notorious for being very house proud and always owning top of the range furniture/homeware.
Someone did tell me that it may be 1930's
The Carvings particularly on the back looks to be hand carved
Seats have a leather covering
Some form of stamp on the structure when seat pad removed but I cannot make it out
Property was built in 1951 and in the Greater Manchester area
Any advice would be much appreciated - I feel I owe it to the previous owner to make sure I do all my due diligence and if they are worth anything the extra cash will help with replacing the single glazed windows she left us

P.s. excuse the slipper feet!!
Thanks in advance!
