Wish to find information on this pottery piece

I bought this many years ago simply loving the interesting design. Recently I have spotted other pieces of known makers/artists/designers with similar shapes around the footing. I can find no other exact shape and glaze color combination through image search nor partial mark determined on base ( "RIL..." ?), and the numbers 806. Any information? Thank you
