I have this object which I have not idea what it actually is (function) nor where it is from.
Local family legend is that it belonged to my Great-Grandfather, possibly coming from Germany. The mark looks similar to that of Vienna, BUT the date does not seem to match.
(My Great-Granfather was of Portuguese Heritage, so maybe Portuguese?)
any help in identifying the object and the place would be much appreciated
I think the letters next to the mark says "KPK 270"
