Vintage (or Antique) buffet sideboard - what era? value?

Hello all, first time posting here. I hope you can help me determine the provenance and value of this sideboard that I've owned for several years now. Attached are some pics.
I haven't yet taken a pic of the interior of the two drawers but the bottoms of both are lined with green velvet, if that's any clue.
