I have been searching to identify an old rocker we have from my mother-in-law's estate.
It's so beautiful I declined to sell it for now.
Interesting it has an "N" underneath and also a number I just found, 380-48-1472. See the photos attached. You can see a faint darkened area below the carving that looks like it used to have initials there. Perhaps "RAY". I would like an age and value for this chair and possibly the identity of the marks. I'm sure it was found in America but don't know the location.
